Birch Bark pictures

Each of the butterflies I quill are unique, in that I create them from a photo of the real butterfly. The birch bark is never taken from living trees but rather those that have been harvested by storm damage, or other natural means. The bark is boiled then sun dried to sanitize and prevent the transfer of unwanted organisms to other areas.
