Description
Domtar Consumer Products Ltd., Javex Division, Toronto, [ca1965]., 1965. 37 pp, 11″ H, soft cover (stapled in wraps). Profusely illustrated with colour drawings. A product of the 1960s, this booklet details all the toys, accessories, decorations, etc. people were encouraged to make with empty ‘Javex’ and ‘Gay’ bottles – including clothes pin holders, garden lanterns, beach bags, Easter baskets, Christmas decorations, musical instruments, items for the local bazaar, and much more.
