Condition: NO RIPS, NO TEARS, No Writing BINDING IS INTACT WITH NO LOOSE PAGES, SHELF WEAR shows along the edges of the covers, there is a water stain along the top edge, pages are not stuck together and remain fully legible, there is a musty scent.
