a) A Big Book of Hobbies Catalogue, No date stated but patterns list to less than the 1938 catalogue that follows, 132 pages, first 2 pages are white paper with full colour drawn ads

NO WRITING, staples are starting to rust, covers are very grubby and show lots of edge wear, some pencil and ink markings to the front cover, pages are showing substantial age colouring – please see photo

b) For the Man who likes to Make Things Hobbies Catalogue, Price list affixed inside the front cover lists the date as 1st April, 1938, 130 pages, plus index, first 2 pages are white with full colour drawn ads

NO WRITING, staples are starting to rust, covers are very grubby and show lots of edge wear, some pencil and ink markings to the front cover, pages are showing substantial age colouring

6 The Art of Fretwork booklet. Date is estimated dated 1933 based on one of the illustrations, 62 pages. A fully illustrated and instructive book on a fascinating and enjoyable hobby for craftsman of any age… Contents: The necessary Tools, Wood and Patterns, Cutting out the Work, Construction Details, Model Making.
